At St. Sebastian's, prayer and worship play a key part in our pupils' education together with regular opportunities to reflect on our faith and learn about the values and beliefs of other religions. Our pupils are encouraged to live out the gospel values in their daily lives and have an excellent understanding of the difference between right and wrong. Empathy, compassion and understanding permeate relationships within the whole school community. All children are treated fairly and consistently whilst we make reasonable adjustments to meet the differing needs of individuals. Our pupils are given a range of opportunities to experience roles of responsibility and encouraged to apply restorative practice when resolving minor conflicts and reflect on our 'Ready, Respectful and Safe' behaviour code. We embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
