Online Safety
At St. Sebastian's we take online safety very seriously, through the curriculum, assemblies, workshops and discussions. Children are taught to keep safe online. A number of pupils have been trained as Childnet Digital Leaders and are actively involved in promoting online safety.
Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs)
All our pupils in KS1 and KS2 sign an AUP. A blank copy of these can be found below.
We also ask our parents to sign an AUP at the beginning of each year. A copy is sent to parents and a blank copy can also be found below.
Advice to Children
Always be careful when you are using the internet. It can help you to keep in touch with your friends and help your education – but it can also cause harm – to you and to others.
Remember help is always available at school if you are having any problems online.
Don’t be afraid to talk to your teacher or another adult at school.
